Our Commitment to You:
- We stand behind our products. Should any of our materials prove defective within 60 days, we will be glad to replace them free of charge.
- When mailing the defective item back to us, please complete the form on the reverse side of the invoice and return it with the product(s). Simply attach the return label provided on the front of the invoice to the outside of the package and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.
- Use the return label on packages for the returned or damaged product only. Do not use the return label on letters.

Shipping Information
- All Internet orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, so you should receive it within 7 - 10 business days if shipping within the United States or Canada.
- For international orders, please allow 4 - 6 weeks delivery time.
- If you wish to have your order expedited, you must place your order over the phone by calling 1-877-358-3327 between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. central standard time Monday - Friday.
