We're blessed to have Dr. Creflo Dollar as our special guest
speaker for our 2009 stewardship campaign. Raised in a
Christian family, Creflo didn't become born again until he
attended college. He began to share his faith with students
on campus. Soon, Creflo and his roommate, also a Christian,
were running a Bible study in their dorm room, where attendance
grew to 100 people.
In 1986, Dr. Dollar officially founded Word Changers
Ministries in College Park, Georgia. The first meeting had
eight people in attendance. The ministry grew rapidly and
now serves nearly 30,000 members; one of its satellite
churches, World Changers Church-New York, hosts over
6,000 worshippers each week.
With more than 25 years in ministry, Creflo Dollar is committed
to bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to people
all over the world, literally changing the world one person
at a time..
